A Tale In Slick Propagandizing, Courtesy Of North Carolina's "Crisis Pregnancy Centers"
North Carolina is home to Duke University, the Weight Brothers National Memorial Visitor Center and, sadly, a plethora of fake abortion clinics that have been designed for one single purpose: to tell non-believers that they must either become born-again virgins in the name of Jesus Christ, or face burning in hell for eternity.
Hidden behind bullshit names like Carolina Pregnancy Center, A Woman's Choices and The Center for Women, these anti-abortion programs have been operating in NC for years, but are now finally coming under scrutiny courtesy of an investigation conducted by the National Association for the Repeal of Abortion Laws. According to the NARAL, these centers not only provide false information regarding the purported link between abortion and mental/physical illnesses (propaganda), but they intimidate non-Christian women into giving birth and, of course, becoming Christians.
To make matters worse, these groups will begin receiving government money later this year from sales of "Choose Life" license plates.
Sadly, this propagandizing isn't just occurring in NC. It's occurring throughout the entire country. To learn more about this national epidemic, check out this fact sheet.
